Tom
Pasha, President, Full Contact Training
Tom Pasha, with over 25 years of hotel experience, has trained hundreds of sales
managers nationwide. A graduate of the University of Florida, Tom
worked in a variety of operational positions in resort hotels throughout Orlando,
Florida. As a Hyatt manager, he was promoted from Sales Manager to Director
of Sales in 3 years, and worked in 10 Hyatt Hotels over 18 years, focusing on
opening and under-performing properties.
Tom has worked as special instructor for the George Washington University School
of Business, the Conrad Hilton Hotel School in Houston, and the Kellogg School
of Business at Northwestern University, Chicago. He initiated the hotel industry's
first company-wide telesales program for Hyatt Hotels, training over 400 sales
managers, and is active in HSMAI and MPI; he has presented sales programs for
General Managers and Sales Personnel for Hyatt, Marriott, Adam's Mark and Four
Seasons Hotels.
In addition to his training and consulting responsibilities, Tom directs a meeting
and resort site-selection company, and personally books over 50,000 room-nights
per year.
